Concious or unconsciously, we Are One.

So we encore you to discover the deepest parts of yourself.
The closest parts of your heart, as they bring you back to peace, to the very center in PEACE.

Breath consciously every day, its one of the pleasures of life. Breath deeply, calmly, and in every breath, feel how the body mind recovers itself, fulfilled by the GRACE of LIFE, by LOVE.

Remember, there is NOTHING NEEDED as all you need, you ARE already.
Everything is just within you.
Stay for a moment, relaxed, quiet, and take your time to reconnect to your SOUL.

You will be surprised, how easily you can be back home.

And that HOME, comes with you everywhere you go... that way you recover your own freedom, as you can be HOME allways.

Home, you have your greatest treasures, your values, wich are far from being phisical.

Home, within yourself, you have all you need, there you perfectly ARE.

Once you achieve that state of consciousness, you will never feel alone or abandoned. You will realize how rich you are, how open handed life is, and how supported you are right now.

No doubts then. You can easily walk you way, you can then relax and open your eyes truly to LIFE, and to all the beauty thats expecting you.

Be brave my friend, my sister and brother, as there's nothing to be fearthfull of.

Palabras del Alma en la noche

A veces hay momentos en los que hay que apartarse de la realidad,
en los que hay que dar un paso al frente, o al lado o atrás,
simplemente por desapegarte y desvincularte de lo que esta ocurriendo.

No por rechazarlo,
no por no quererlo ver o sentir,
aunque duela.

Porque nosotros vamos mucho mas allá de todo eso,
porque somos mucho mas que todo eso,
y no hay compañía necesaria o innecesaria.
no hay palabras dolorosas,
o sentimientos que causen sufrimiento en mas allá de nosotros.

No es necesaria la presión de sentirse amado o no,
de sentirse aceptado o rechazado,

No importa lo que sea que venga,
estas muy por encima de todo eso,
desde donde estas,
y desde lo que eres,

Por lo tanto desde por y para ti,
déjate llevar por el viento fresco y no te quedes atascado en la tormenta.

Porque los rayos lucen por ti, para ti, desde ti,
a traves de ti y de todo.
y siempre te aportan algo mucho mas alla de lo que puedes ver,
si te paras un segundo a escucharlos, a verlos,
y a sentirlos, podras recibir el mensaje mas alla de las palabras.

Y esa voz no engaña, ni miente, ni hiere,
esa voz  eres tu mismo desde tu punto en dios, en tu divinidad.
Y desde ahí aprendes y recibes y amas y mueres
desde lo que eres.

Desapegate de todo
suelta todo
llora
patalea si quieres,
no importa lo que hagas,
el mensaje sigue estando ahí
y de ti depende recibirlo desde el abrazo y el amor,
o desde la tortura y el sufrimiento.

y en esta noche y en este cielo, te lo explican
estas nubes que cubren el día y lo transforman en noche, te lo están contando ahora con el sonido de los pájaros en los arboles con las hojas quietas por la falta de brisa que sigue hablando mas allá de soplar y en ese susurro invisible, en calma estas tu.
y si tu corazón late aquí en tu cuerpo y tu mente piensa en tu cabeza.

Pero mas allá de todo eso, tu ser esta en calma y tranquilo esperando a que se pase tu arrebato, de identificación y vulnerabilidad contenida por tanto tiempo que ahora te pesa.
y todas esas experiencias vividas, no sobran, ninguna de ellas esta de mas,
y en todos esos independientemente de lo experimentado, tu alma ha aprendido.
así que párate por un instante y sécate esas lágrimas o déjalas estar
y reconoce lo que es desde la verdad de ser.
No desde la verdad que tu interpretas de todas y cada una de esas situaciones.

Amate como lo que eres
compréndete como lo que eres
y desvélate desde lo que eres.

Bella bellísima alma,
de aroma de flores y esencia de estrellas.

Eres el sol que refleja la luna tras de ti,
y eres la musica que suena, y que lo envuelve todo,
desde el puro amor que se reconoce en ti,
cada día,
y a cada paso.

Y recuerda que eres amada y sostenida siempre, en todo instante,
en todo momento.
Los pilares están ahí y para ti, en ti,  descansa sobre ellos y relájate en ese abrazo de amor infinito,
en el que puedes descansar y dormir,
para emprender así renovada un nuevo día.

Life is coming from where it is,
For what it is.

Take it the way it comes, as theres nothing you can Do about it.

Accept what comes as it is the Best for you everytime.

Theres no need to fight anything that happens to you, its just a waste of time and energy.
Use it instead, to take the Best out of IT.

Allow yourself to expand and help it to happen.
The more conscious you Are, the better and easyer it will Flow.

Life is like a great River, filled with water, so clear, so Pure and full of everything youll need... just have to hold it as it comes through your way.

Move your hand, take it, use it, enjoy it the best you can... and then just LET IT GO.

Theres no need to comprehend all thats happening around... every emotion, memory or thought.
Relax and let it Be, as it is.
Play the game without knowing the rules, they will be shown to you at the right time.

Make your face a smile...and from the heart expand that energy All Around, share it. It will come back to you so BRILLIANT, so Lovefull, you wouldnt believe it.

Even if you feel, life can be shoking sometimes, its just an ilusion, as its just perfect and harmonic the way it is.

You are the only one fighting and messing around,
its so simple itself.

Hay nuevas palabras en mi Voz


Veo montañas en el cielo, nuevos horizontes de inmensas posibilidades aun por descubrir. Son colores nunca vistos... un nuevo brillo en cada objeto, en cada rostro y mirada.

Veo un diamante en el corazón de cada persona que me cruzo en mi camino.

Hay un nuevo palpitar en nuestros corazones, un nuevo latido, tan fuerte como el rugir de las olas en alta mar.

Hay poesía en mi voz, y aunque no pronuncie palabra, se escucha cada amanecer en la salida del sol. Trae nuevos mensajes de Libertad, en alas de una vida que avanza y crea desde nosotros, anunciando la esperanza, el gozo y el Amor de un Mundo que sonríe a aquellos que observamos su perfecta manifestación.

Mi corazón bate sus alas y con mil plumas ahuyenta cualquier temor o incertidumbre, proyectando un viento de cambio que trae aromas de mi y una flores aun por ser descubiertas, admiradas y olidas por primera vez.

Estamos en la cuna de la Vida, y no tenemos limite alguno, al igual que el día y la noche se alternan en un baile sin fin.

Alégrate, corazón diamante, ya que aun apenas llegas a atisbar la luz que es capaz de emanar de tus ojos, o el Amor que puede proyectar tu corazón.

Este es un nuevo comienzo y dispones de colores infinitos para dibujar y plasmar tu lienzo de Vida.

Aquí y Ahora eres infinito, en un mundo sin fin.

Loving in distance

Theres so much light within you, that I barely can keep my eyes open in front of you

It is such the intensity of your eyes, that my heart fully opens once you look at me.

I cannot keep the emotions your presence makes me feel... so I open my eyes to release all of it by a tear... falling down my face.

Theres no need to dry it,... its a lovefilled tear created by Love

Theres such an intensity between both of us... that even we havent meet, we already feel each other, anywhere we are.

Theres such a fulfillment in both of us, thats not possible to tell where do I start or where you end.

Like a water drop in the sea, theres no difference between us both.

Such a beautiful expression of Love, makes my heart beat harder, louder and again listening to the sinphony of our sinchronizity, the moon smiles at us. She makes the sceene even brighter, nourishing the environement by a warm light in the night.

We are not together jet, but you can feel my tears over your face, and I can feel your touch over my body. Our souls have never been separated, they are one holded by Peace and Loving kindness.

I Love you as my own self, and there I am, free.
